What kind of a Twitter feed do you use? — Algorithmic = “top tweets” first (now the default) — Chronological = latest tweets first (previously the default, now opt-in)

Galaxy brain: Reverse chronological. That's the default in the twitter app and tweetdeck, oldest results are first. How it should be.

yeah that’s what i have too. never seen reverse chronological as an option (but would be interested to try!)

Ah I see! Ok, then maybe this is a semantic confusion. When I reload tweets, I don't scroll to the top, I continue from where I left (I read all the tweets from everyone I follow), so as I scroll up,I read them in reverse order. Read top-down it would be as you say

ah! that’s cool. i do that sometimes too, although i often get lazy/impatient and just start fresh from the top
