A friend of mine does something similar when reporting on how a meeting went. He refuses to say (or hear from others) that a meeting was “great” or “went well.” Instead he demands a percentile score. Many would-be “good” meetings are actually well below the median

one related thing to this from venture, was that you don't want there to be a middle score. So even a four point scale works very well Of course with many meetings, the simple test would be--would you do it again / extend it two hours / let them unilaterally book your cal
