Yeah this is kinda true. It complicated. I am not convinced we have a great measurement for net centralization yet. Changing the structure has a lot of centralizing and decentralizing impacts at different scopes. And we aren't yet great and comparing different scopes into net

That said by the frame you're using it certainly is true. The particular mechanism it works by is a massive get fragmentation followed by a reconvergence. I actually don't think it's apriori that it leads to further centralization though it does in majority of cases. The way to
