It's basically what I said in my feedback: I find peacock feathers "beautiful" but I assume the peahen finds them "sexy" i.e. appealing in a different way. Like, finding a beautiful building vs. an attractive woman appealing are very different qualia.

That got me thinking, are there attractive human physical characteristics that can be considered "proof of work"? The closest I can think of is something like long, shiny hair but I'm not sure about that.
