People rely on celebrities for personality templates, which is why celebrity deaths hit them so hard.
Is it personality templates or identification? Or are those the same thing?

Like I can identify with Steve Jobs as a technologist (we share something in common; higher empathy; etc.) without using him as a model for behavior....?
