The essence of systems thinking: Every persistent biological or cultural structure exists because of a positive feedback loop. Sometimes it’s hard to see. But to understand the structure, you must understand the loop.

Biology and Culture cover the full extent of things we would model as *agents* in the world, AFAICT. There are some feedback loops in domains without agents, but also a lot of arbitrary, static things that just happen to exist and don’t get eroded. Like mountains.

Definitely loops in non-agent worlds. But on longer time scales (maybe too long for our purposes) What are the books that frame into Biology and Culture. I like this classification Next time we hang I need to walk you through my personal, social, financial capital theory too
