Some concrete examples for potential listeners might be good. This lens is very good at information flow in an org. E.g. wherever you work. What are the loops? That's how info (and ergo power) actually flows and behaves.

A good exercise is to come up with how the official org structure (loops) differ from the *actual* org structure. There is always a difference.
