Thanks. So glad to hear about your success! I'm on a special diet for Crohn's disease, and generally think diets are underexplored as therapies for chronic conditions.

Dr Longo said in an interview that people have reported the FMD working well for Crohn's. Below is page 208 of his book, The Longevity Code; the book is a presentation of diet and fasting research.
