Police units nationwide in the USA need some serious retraining & education about policing methods that don't make matters WORSE. Many nations around the world have mastered these methods. But not the USA. No wonder the chaos continues.

You are correct when you say that many nations around the world have mastered this but not the USA. I saw a Ted Talk video in which the man discusses how the prisons in Germany are based on rehabilitation. They actually look like dormitories.
