This looks good, including "Recover after Covid". But I would have liked to read something about how Wales is to reach the "after Covid" stage.

I don't think so; health is one of the devolved areas of government. The Welsh Government take pride in the vaccine rollout and test-and-trace in Wales. As I understand it, they also decide on lockdown restrictions, when schools can open, what travel is allowed and so on.

That is good to hear. But so long as international borders are wide open in the UK, there is a limit to how effectively Wales can suppress Covid.

Cross border infection issue was the biggest problem beyond our control. The Kent or English variant absolutely devastated Wales from December onwards - including my home county. The imported strain so no saw ICU bed capacity left in South Wales and mortuaries overflowing
