The Tory government will have spent £37 thousand million pounds on an ineffective, privatised Test and Trace ‘system’: this is over twice the annual Welsh budget for everything that’s devolved. My question is: where’s the f***ing money?

A very good question, Stephen - sadly we know the answer: a large proportion in the hands of dodgy companies. Serco, G4S, Deloitte had all been fined in the last year or two for 'serious fraud' e.g. https://www.reuters.com/article/uk-accounts-deloitte-fine-idUKKBN2680UH …https://www.civilserviceworld.com/professions/article/serco-to-pay-23m-after-serious-fraud-office-probe-into-moj-electronic-tagging-scandal …

I think it’s a question that the opposition should be asking every single day. I know someone who works as a call handler for Sitel - it’s an absolute joke. They had to buy all their own equipment (even the headset) and nobody is paid more than £10 an hour.
