Because it does exist and they have a right to involve themselves in it if it has an unwanted influence on their lives. We all should have that right. It's called participating in democracy. You don't have to be a cheerleader for the institution in order to be involved.

I still think it’s hypocrisy as other candidates within their party are trying to make it work or reform it and those who disagree with its existence should let those get on. There is an abolish the assembly party and they should join them
