Well considering he wore it as part of riding a bike (with a helmet that also restricts a person's face etc) I'd say he did wear it for a decent length of time without any problems or panic attacks. FYI that would be considered a sufficient face covering to go the shop in

That was previously. How do you know which date he developed anxiety or which date it caused him issues? He's exempt, if you can't accept that, tell your MP you're upset with disabled people and to change the law

In my personal opinion he is bullshitting to avoid abiding by the rules he doesn't like, I have no issue with genuinely disabled people who have issues when wearing masks not wearing them (despite scientific study showing masks don't affect breathing even with lung conditions)

again, your opinion, not fact. Your opinions are meaningless. The debate is disabled and exempt people, not your conspiracy theories fuelled by ideological/political differences.

The problem with anxiety is it comes from feelings, like the belief something is bad being forced to do it sparks anxiety (even if that thing isn't bad) or having too much to deal with will spark it. Either he is ignorant of the truth causing his anxiety to spark or he's BSing

Your comments make no difference. Distress/mental illness/anxiety are not broken down in the law. He is entitled to his exemption. Your wannabe shrink DIY diagnosis of someone you have never met or do not know is pretty desperate. Your hostility to disabled people is noted

He's a known anti-masker and has never mentioned anxiety as a reason until he got himself that exemption card. No issue with actual disabled people doing it but he is a grade A bullshitter and I dont believe him. Its based on his other behaviour.

Like I said there's been at least one study that found wearing a mask doesnt change blood O² so it doesn't affect breathing. It can have psychological effects but I dont believe when he says he has extreme anxiety when he is doing so much that doesnt tally with having that

And his exemption is nothing to do with masks working or not. Your fetish with masks and your crusade promoting them is quite disturbing, irrelevant and of no interest to anyone

Well perhaps if you understood my dad should have been hospitalised with Covid as he couldn't breath properly was overusing his inhaler because he was too stubborn and concerned about how my mum would feel if he went maybe you'd understand why people flaunting rules irritates me
