Is it wrong to simultaneously think that Starmer did the right thing to whip in favour and Corbyn and the others did the right thing by voting against ?

A dilemma. I’ve think I’ve been rightly critical of abstentions in key debates, so I think in the interests of GE 2024 he should have voted against. Labour aren’t going to win back hard brexiteers by voting for it. It’s a complete and utter mess. Hope you had a good Christmas
