Labour's response to my 'leaving the party' email ignored pretty much everything I had politely & constructively set out & went on solely about the EHRC report. Left me thinking, if AS in the party is as bad as you want everyone to believe, why would anyone want to stay or join.

Sorry, Kevin, but I don't think Jeremy Corbyn's Labour - for all their good intentions and policies- were ever going to be elected. He is probably in the mould of that great politician, Michael Foot, and ultimately suffered the same fate. There surely has to be a compromise.

It suggests to me that they are frightened that their New Management is not working. IF they believed they were right they would allow discussion knowing it would confirm their own new policies and actions.

If the new management continues in this fashion with a purge of this kind, then there will be thousands of members who will save them the trouble of administrative suspension by leaving the party. Do they actually want a mass movement or a political management elite?
