A LOT of people in the U.K. are Vit D deficient. I am because I take Lansoprazole. Very important for immune system.

Mushrooms are high in vit D too especially if left to absorb extra sunlight. Most people in the Northern hemisphere are deficient in vit D but luckily it’s one of the few that stay in you and doesn’t get peed out. Best to take a supplement in winter anyway.
