My wife works at the local secondary school and has to wear one all day. She is over 60 so if she can, I think anyone should be able to do it.

I agree Peter - the virus is out of control. Whatever out political views we need to make a 17 day sacrifice to save our NHS being swamped. That’s what it’s all about - we will have no intensive care beds and people will die who could otherwise be saved

That’s heartbreaking. But who has visited her? Could be someone who is infected with no symptoms that’s passed it on. It’s was estimated 40% of people who have COVID19 have no symptoms but can pass it on to others. It’s terrifying

Do carers or neighbours visit? And they have said the virus remains on metal and plastic up to 72 hours so scope for cross contamination on milk bottle or similar. But I’m no expert. A very sad case for the family though
