Being serious though it’s so refreshing being in undod precisely cause it’s NOT running for office so don’t have to second guess or triangulate everything before acting. + means we can be a bridge + facilitate these conversations - think some undod hosted debates are on the way!

Totally with you - we need to remain non-partisan - that will be our strength.

I agree that we need the non partisan
@undodcymru’s &@indytanc’s but at the moment I cannot see WLab ever back indy or Plaid be radical enough to emulate the SNP at the ballot box
So I think we’ll need a coalition of indy parties or a new progressive party to galvanise the >1 antwoord 0 retweets 1 vind-ik-leuk -

I think Labour will end up backing it - just because enough of their electorate end up supporting it. But they’ll do their best to hinder until then. And I don’t think we want an SNP situation - ideal world imo is an Indy wales breaks with one-partyism.

I think WLab might be farther along than people think - regional ballots are pushing Indy (curious) people into the Senedd (eg Kevin pascoe on the list and Ben gwalchmai on the ballot). Scottish Labour would never have allowed that.

I am not alone - many in Welsh Labour are happy to discuss independence - and real federalism as an alternative. We aren’t going to end up like Scottish Labour

Hi Scotland here... Federalism is a lie and Scottish Labour died trying to sell us that lie. 6 years on we've had nothing they promised us and the fact that Welsh Labour would even push for it means they are lying to you too. Tories and Labour, two cheeks of the same arse to us.

There’s nothing like open discussions to promote intelligent debate and build alliances. And that is nothing like it. Bye
