I agree that we need the non partisan @undodcymru’s & @indytanc’s but at the moment I cannot see WLab ever back indy or Plaid be radical enough to emulate the SNP at the ballot box

I know of no Federal structure where you can just 'opt in' or 'opt-out', so, given this fact, not withstanding all issues associated with fiscal transfers, we really are looking at real independence, and that means having our own Monetary System from the get go.

I respect what your thoughts are Kevin and debate is good
but problem is..it sounds like a middle ground fudge, but a typical Labour party type of fudge.Something to keep Wales happy and which suits the Labour party.This is why it wont work..Total Independence the only answer -

A federation would not work where one of the party has 85% of the population. A federacy is an option, but can you ever trust Westminster? Another one is Confederal-federalism ,but don’t think England would like the power-sharing. So, the best option would be a simple
