Very worrying isn’t it? My son just starting at Cardiff uni, dropped him off yesterday so watching situation in S Wales closely. Difficult time to be young- and old!

I’m ok, just a bit bit of an anxious mum! All relatively quiet - so far, touch wood- in Pembs. Looks like you’re in lockdown in Bridgend? Hope you and family are well.

We are all fine but being very careful. It appears that across Bridgend county there are pockets of very high prevalence but it’s present in all communities. I think all of our secondary schools have had at least one year group sent home to self-isolate for 14 days
