All the article shows is the QAA hasn’t ensured consistency of standards across universities. It’s not about about a fundamental dumbing down of degrees. I worked for a university that would have had no truck with that and in my view most universities are the same

You read all three? It's been gradual over the past 20 years. As a PM, 2 decades is more than enough time for any QAA project to get its house in order :D Both Labour + Conservatives ordered inquiries. Normally I agree with you 100%, but here is something is very off.
