Racist and unelectable, run by thugs and Trotskyite dogs that needed to be purged, who both opposed and supported Brexit, why would that not have put Labour ahead?
The right have their wish. Corbyn has been defeated and now they have nothing but shame.1 antwoord 0 retweets 0 vind-ik-leuks -

Not without a new party we won’t.

Sadly, I suspect you are right. Even so, it would be better if folk in the Labour Party fought hard and openly on matters of principle to reclaim the party so as to strengthen them for the challenges any new party would likely face. There is nothing so good as learning by doing.

Agree. But I don’t think Labour can be saved. Corbyn was an aberration. It’s been controlled by the right throughout its history with a couple of exceptions. What is really ridiculous is the unions stick with it.

Again, I suspect you are right. Corbyn was the exception that proved the rule. Yet it would be better if those who recognise this , rather than leaving or maladapting to cling to membership, fought hard and openly because both the knowledge and character that attends such efforts

I don’t think
@UKLabour can be saved. And I also think that if we had a democratic socialist party we could have 100,000 members fairly quickly. I do believe Labour would wither in the face of that. It has nothing to offer. Carpe Diem!1 antwoord 0 retweets 1 vind-ik-leuk
It can - I hope
