They haven't got the resources, it's true though, every supermarket near me Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Sainsbury's, Asda, have let their prevention standards drop, a bit of gel if you are lucky. Only one still strict is M&S, but they don't do the gel. Who wears a mask is very random too?

Any supermarket employee who contracts Covid-19 should sue their employer for negligence. By allowing thousands of customers to not wear PPE, they are wilfully endangering their staff.
