Am I the only one who remembers life before Margaret Thatcher? People cared about each other, we had real communities and full employment. She ruined a caring countryhttps://twitter.com/diydougie/status/1294675331467681792 …

I still go back to
#Thatcher. She took delight in taking tea with murdering dictator Pinochet, destroyed whole communities, many of whom never recovered. A nasty piece of work. I blame her for everything, even when I fall off my perch she'll be getting the blame for that too.

Ha! I wasn’t alive in her time but she was right about socialism not working, look at us now with this virus (The panic buying, the furloughed flocking to beaches and protests). There is no such thing as society, I feel the pandemic has taught me this!

1979 with labour in power the unemployment figure was 1 million because of the quadrupling in oil prices by OPEC. Thatcher gets power and that figure of 1 million was promptly walloped up to 3 million. Socialism worked better than Thatcher's neoliberalism. Do your homework.

So you think socialism is the solution? It works? I would have believed you in 2017, but I’ve grown up and seen the light! I can’t stand labour now!pic.twitter.com/Vwg2iYylmk
