More "affordable" homes that local residents can't afford - Cornwall is littered with them already. We need SOCIAL HOUSING. Doubtless we can rely on @Keir_Starmer to oppose this? (Or not)

Yes... advantage big building firms... lots of empty run down eyesore dwellings, which could be renovated by smaller local firms employing local Labour improving communities and keeping money local with affordable housing... more than enough empty properties..

I live in a village, many green spaces around are now accommodating new “aspirational” house building sites, also a huge industrial estate now being built, J11 M42. I wouldn’t grumble if social housing was appearing apace.
