I'd question that tbh. Big variance between say south east Wales and Pembrokeshire for example.

Big difference in testing here. We know that many of the 120k tests in England were actually on 70-80,000 actual individuals. given that the majority of those people were negative, "re-testing" will skew the figures. 1/2

Also clear that Nye Bevan health board did most of it's testing in the early stages of it's own peak. South West England is the lowest figure in England, yet South Wales boards are amongst the highest in the UK. This must be at least in part due to differences in testing. 2/2
