#BBCBreakfast why have a quarter of corona virus death happened in care homes? Surely these people should have gone into hospital as soon as they had symptoms. It makes no sense. Did these people really die of covid-19 or did they just die of old age?

Why would they do that? I find that hard to believe. If true that is out outrageous and whoever made that decision held account for murder.

My elderly friend, 88 lives at home ON HER OWN,had phone call from GP asking if she caught Covid-19 wd she want to go to hospital, trying to persuade her to stay at home. She replied she didn’t want to die on her own. Gov through GPs trying to persuade old people not to go2hospital

Doctors do 'do not resussetate' notices all the time not just for this virus. When they think an elderly person is not worth the time and trouble to keep alive.

Died due to a withdrawal of care, not because of the virus. the least productive and expensive members of our society.

Multiple stories also of the elderly being written up as non resuscitation, and covid 19 automatically recorded on the death certificate whether they exhibited symptoms or not...and certainly without them ever having been tested!! If true that's even more horrifying!!

Deaths in care homes also helps the Tories with their social care funding problems. Economically inactive people are dead weight for Cummings and crew
