Don’t necessarily agree - and where would you go if not. The Socialist Party is hardly a vehicle to achieve power and change for ordinary people. They have great members but will never get MPs let alone a government

I think a progressive alliance with the green party and possibly plaid cymru and snp would be the way forward

Agreed and whilst I accept that the current Socialist Party is not equipped, I’d imagine with 150,000 people paying £10 a month it might be able to step up a gear or two.

The Brexit party had no MPs but , their aims where achieved in the GE ,,sitting Labour MPs could defect to a new socialist party

They were reinforcing / enriching the establishment (despite what BP supporters thought) and not undermining it as we would. They also had mega rich backers and most of the media on their side. Would we? I’m a socialist and want real change - in my view Labour is the only option
