I applaud a lot of the charity fundraising around #COVID19 at the moment, but as Henning Wehn said “We don’t do charity in Germany we pay taxes”. Charity is just a failure of governments’ responsibilities. Hard to argue
They would but they would lose so much more. Work in the charitable sector shouldn’t mean living in poverty, but equally you make a choice to do something better with your life than the corporate rat race. It will never be a financial choice - unless you a charity CEO!
