I’d say yes. In normal times community pharmacists provide a valuable face to face role around minor injuries and conditions to avoid pressure on A&E and GPs

Community pharmacists also provide local employment for dispensing staff in many disadvantaged communities - often the only highly skilled employment opportunities. Also centralisation makes monopoly and market rigging much easier
