Just returned from a terrifying trip to @sainsburys in Bridgend. Outside the marshalling for social distancing was great but inside the store 70% of customers don’t seem to understand there is a #CovidEmergency . Store management didn’t help - in fact it was appalling (1 of 3)

1. Social distancing tannoy reminders were virtually inaudible, infrequent and rambling - except for Divina asking for money for
@sainsburys#covid charity. 2. Aisles were deliberately narrowed by temporary display units and staff restocking - 2.2m distancing was impossible 2of41 antwoord 0 retweets 2 vind-ik-leuksDeze collectie tonen -
3.
#covid signage just blurred into the background in@sainsburys corporate colours. 4.@argos in store was well marshalled for distancing but the rest of the store was appalling. 5. Screens failed to provide wrap-around protection for checkout staff 3 of 42 antwoorden 0 retweets 2 vind-ik-leuksDeze collectie tonen -
6. Aisles must be closed for safely restocking. 7. All these were in stark contrast to
@tesco where I will be safely shopping next time. Very disappointed@sainsburys@SainsburysNews

Als antwoord op @KevinPascoe @Tesco en
I went shopping in a large west Edinburgh Tesco last week. It sounded exactly the same as your Sainsburys experience. Terrifying. Staff including mgmt not attempting amy distancing. No PPE. 40 minute wait outside. Crowded inside.

I can cope with the outside wait if it’s safe, but I was genuinely terrified / angry inside the store #StaySafe
Het laden lijkt wat langer te duren.
