Just returned from a terrifying trip to @sainsburys in Bridgend. Outside the marshalling for social distancing was great but inside the store 70% of customers don’t seem to understand there is a #CovidEmergency . Store management didn’t help - in fact it was appalling (1 of 3)

It's the same in Waitrose Kevin. It's the nearest to me as big stores too far. The queue outside is well organised and THEN ..... people bumping into each other, changing direction, staff stocking shelves and this is my observation over 3 visits. Now I am shielding, I don't go.

My local Waitrose (Cardiff), during the 1st hour, set aside for oaps/ BHS staff has been excellent. Everybody keeping the 2 mtrs distant rule, some with masks, some with gloves -aisles are wide anyway. Rarely queued to get in, so a reasonably worry free session each time.
