Except they are huge potential variations even in developed countries population mix, density for example

Like Germany with a much older age profile than the UK? The difference is they prepared for pandemic properly - they had testing supplies for mass testing, contact tracing systems, PPE, ventilators and much more. This crisis has been exacerbated by govt negligence

The danger of comparing deaths rates with countries is that we don’t know what will happen when they start releasing the lock down. Assuming the virus is still within the population, deaths may still go up. Comparison should only be done next year.
