I wonder why? I haven’t heard of any of of the issues you describe though - particularly no shortages of critical meds. There are lots of online pharmacists he could have asked to deliver them. He’s been caught and is squirming for a reason to justify breaking his rules

It's happened where I live. Some are overstretched to the max in the last 4 week. There are a lot that are just sorting things out for themselves & family members rather than rely on Commnity services which may be already overstretched. You're still assuming it's a lie.
