It’s nonsense- he’s making excuses. GPs or community pharmacists / community volunteers would ensure meds are there. Just making excuses because he was caught

It's not always possible for local pharmacist to deliver. It all needs to be pre/ booked. That's even if they have the meds needed available & in stock. Unless all was arranged a couple of months ago? People just assuming he's lying.

I wonder why? I haven’t heard of any of of the issues you describe though - particularly no shortages of critical meds. There are lots of online pharmacists he could have asked to deliver them. He’s been caught and is squirming for a reason to justify breaking his rules
