His 'second home' as you call it is his home, his main residence, the one where he, his wife & children live. He has a residence in London for work as most MP's do.

I’d have thought it was in Newark the constituency he represents - so it’s three homes he has. However you look at it he’s a serial lockdown breaker - resign now!
