If you read the article though it does say it's to raise money for charity not personal profit.

I had carefully read the article in full and it was only updated to say that hours after I had tweeted the story. In the original article her agency had not given any comment. Still can’t understand why she’s increased the charges in the pandemic though?

1/2 I think her statement is clear - chronic illnesses cause people to be shut indoors for many reasons, & often with treatable conditions but with long waiting lists where each day un-treated increases the risk of diminished success when treatment can finally be given.

2/2 Raising awareness of the fact that our current ‘lockdown’ is a daily reality for others, but with the added sadness that is them experiencing constant, debilitating pain, seems like a great thing, as well as raising money to support the charities work.

This I entirely understand - my response was because after you had more info, you still questioned her timing of the price increase during pandemic? I was therefore sharing that I feel her timing was apt.
