Germany has 5813 COVID cases and had 13 deaths. The UK has 1391 cases and 35 deaths? Norway has 1356 cases and only 3 deaths. What are we doing so wrong? #covidー19uk

Hi from Germany. I think our mortality rate (0.25%) is so low because testing is scaled up (WHO's Covid test is a German test). Germany is also well organised and people here tend to follow instructions and rules. I've yet to see any chaos or panic. Just earnest preparation.

Perhaps as a start, you could read what's publicly available here in Germany- use Google Translate to translate German media and the Robert Koch Institute's website (our CDC). You may find it more reliable and evidence-based than other sources.

That’s really helpful and I will do it. Thank goodness for Google Translate for us Brits!
