Germany has 5813 COVID cases and had 13 deaths. The UK has 1391 cases and 35 deaths? Norway has 1356 cases and only 3 deaths. What are we doing so wrong? #covidー19uk

Looks to me that the UK are undercounting the infection rate. IF the ratios in the three countries were the same (and they are for Germany and Norway - one death per 450 cases), that would indicate a UK count of roughly 15750 cases.

However, the German / Norwegian rates are giving a mortality level of 0.2% - far lower than elsewhere. If the UK level is 0.67% (same as South Korea), the case count would be 5223. If the death rate was 4%, the UK would have 875 cases.
