These senior editorial appointments jeopardised perceptions of political neutrality in @BBCNews and @BBCPolitics - in more recent times presenters (not journalists) Kuenssberg, Cockburn and Maitlis have reflected that bias. Huw Edwards and Neil do not fall in this category

Ok a risk of 'jepardising perception" Well you don't appoint based on risk some may not like their position. I read what you say. But I think if one is to listen carefully re such feedback one does need to push for clear examples where BBC has clearly shown biased coverage.

There is a thing called confirmation bias. What's very interesting 2019 is I see last few days a polster ( right wing?) Can drive a news line into press and social. Folk feed on it. Like little piranha fish. We must be mindful of this media psychology I feel.

There are "games a foot" These days. Political parties playing the media. Using them. BBC, ITV, CH4 must step back. Not get too bothered by what folks feel. But also listen to what folks say who are unhappy with output. One must always listen to the public.
