In an attempt to embarrass Corbyn during an interview, Julie Etchingham seriously said everyone watches the Queen’s Speech on Christmas Day. Last year 6 million people claimed to watch it - 1 in 10 of the population of the UK. Hardly ‘everyone’

He should have just said he was too busy working with homeless people on Christmas afternoon, but was probably to modest to say that so just played along with her. If only others got off their backside on Christmas Day to help the vulnerable like him
