So it’s OK for Laura Kuenssberg to call John McDonnell ‘McDonnell’ but Ian Austin is called ‘Ian Austin’ - her loathing for the Labour party and it’s people is really hard for her to concealhttps://twitter.com/bbclaurak/status/1192420793814261761 …

I don’t hate anyone and I don’t believe she does and certainly not you Kevin . But we differ in perceptions and we become frustrated by those with power who put tribe before country . We need a democracy that does not have tribes .

I’m pretty sure democracy has always had tribes, democracy reflects wider human society. Leave and Remain are tribes just as much as political party tribalism

Exactly the point confirmed . Result of referendum should have been carried out any attempts to stop or revoke or delay or rerun is anti democratic .

The key problem was Cameron called an advisory referendum then told the people it was binding. I think Labour offers the fairest next step to resolve that ambiguous referendum. I’m happy to stay or leave with a good deal - probably prefer the latter to try and reunite the country
