From a health point of view, Bristol is the centre of population for SE Wales. This is where devolved health care has its shortcomings. There is a Cardiff bubble just as there is a London bubble. The peripheries are ignored
I’m not disagreeing with the points you make. I’m looking from a simple economics perspective around independence. You need to create the wealth to fund services, so in defining areas for independence we need to understand where the money comes from. I’m not anti-independence
