They shouldn’t John, but I don’t want to go back to the bad old days. This potentially sets a precedent. I loathe the wreckers but don’t agree with a return to central command & control

The problem with that Kevin, is that the NEC holds decisions of procedures still.....the mechanisms and rules would have to have a sea change for that to be undone quickly.....
