Number of members not a good gauge of whether Labour is doing well. It may help in a GE in campaigning but the young have lost enthusiasm for Jeremy Corbyn.

That’s fair enough. I think it will change once the activism cuts in pre-GE2019. Worth remembering that the young vote is important Lsbour but not critical. There was a lot of spin about masses of youngsters being key to saving Labour out at GE2017 - but they were one of manypic.twitter.com/lEOvN28od8

Yes I am sure it will improve once campaigning starts- but Johnson is not to be underestimated- he will not screw up in the Election campaign in the same way May did in 2017.
