Every party is struggling in the polls. We live in unprecedented times. What’s your magic bullet to cure Labour’s ills?

Get a new leader who listens to members, voters from 2017 who’ve now gone & Conference Someone on the left & a committed socialist And it would have helped hugely if Lab had handed over the adjudication of anti-Semitic incidents to a completely independent body

On your 1st point you are being very unfair to Corbyn. He’s been trying to heel the divides in society over Brexit and not continue with this combative polarisation. I voted remain, tried to respect the result but latterly believe we need a fresh vote informed by facts not lies

There is no healing the divides right now An end to
#Brexit and a couple of years, at least, will be what is needed An unpopular politician can change nothing He’s not anti Brexit, at all really, enough for Remainers Or pro for Leavers There’s a surplus of Leave parties already..2 antwoorden 0 retweets 0 vind-ik-leuks -

And no Leavers are going to vote Labour Nor are Remainers bcos he’s not committed to Remain And personally he is pro Brexit, last I heard he intends to campaign for Brexit in a GE, and deliver it Sitting on the fence (which I don’t believe) attracts nobody, hence abysmal polling

The polling is not great but it’s not abysmal. We have moved - in my view temporarily - from a two party system to effectively four parties fishing in the same pool of votes. Predicting the next GE result is all but impossible accordingly

That’s exactly what they’re planning to do They’re already campaigning & drawing up their plan They know
@jeremycorbyn is no threat, no one will vote for a pro#Brexit@UKLabour - which is his intention, still dismissing members and voters That he knows will hurt vulnerable most1 antwoord 0 retweets 0 vind-ik-leuks -

I’m afraid when party members see their priority as driving out members who dare have an opinion they don’t like, and it’s ALL they talk about, and celebrate Plus the response to AS always being attack & insult then Labour aren’t going to pick up new voters as thousands quit then

You view of the party / it’s members is odd. Is it based on reality or what you see on here, in the papers of on TV. Members are hard remainers, hard leavers and everything in between - and that’s fine. A few MPs are under pressure but it’s because they are in the wrong party
