She must be pretty sick to do it. Not sure a prison sentence is the right answer, but public humiliation is a start. Maybe lots of mandatory community service to help raise the £15,000 of funds for the charity?

CEOs don't pay themselves, salaries are decided by their Boards of Trustees. I agree though that some of the big charities over pay their executives. Many others do not.
