Changing the rules of decades - this is yet another example of the Tories belief that they have a divine right to rule. A general election can't come soon enough.

Read the article. This is abt a leadership challenge, not a parliamentary No Confidence vote. Personally I think it is a good change. The rules say a leader cannot be challenged for a year if he/she wins a MP vote of confidence. should also apply to a leader chosen by the members
