Corbyn’s a hero already putting up with unfair criticism from all sides - and staying true to his vision despite this. My hero

ok, but he is only in the making promises stage at the minute. ed milliband went through the promise period for no reason. sadiq khan did too and won .. but now he just makes excuses. it's a rare politician that lives up to his promises.

I think you miss the point though. To get this far (vision & policies) has been little short of miraculous. All parts of the establishment loathe Corbyn and his policies. He has had to fundamentally reform the Labour party. Ed Miliband was stopped well short of this. JC is a hero

I see where you're coming from but for me you have to bring real benefits to the nation to be a hero. the type of man I see as a hero is Clement Attlee. the man who gave us the NHS. what a man!

No argument at all - but in Atlee’s case WW2 had unfrozen the establishment and the appetite for change was there and the people had enough of being told what to do. Corbyn has had to spend years - with his supporters - in the unfreezing process against a vicious media campaign

well, the media is crucifying him. but he and others in labour ( e.g Dianne abbot ) will always be susceptible to attack for their apparent cosying up to terrorists back in the 70's .. or maybe the 80's. the present border problem may reignite that.

I think ‘cosying’ is not really what went on, but it’s another battle to be fought to highlight leading politicians from all major parties did it. It’s how conflicts are ended. The key objective now is creating a cadre of socialist politicians to keep the change going post Corbyn

I agree about the m.p's from other parties but they didn't say things that the public found alarming. Dianne Abbot actually said things that made her sound very anti british at the time. and now she is shadow home secretary. the media will be going for her.

I understand where you are coming from and she may end up in another Cabinet role. But the recent racist attacks on her may not make that possible. I’m not her greatest fan as a politician / communicator but the recent abuse of her has been way out of order

I don't think she's up to it. she is a liability. I've seen far too many bad performances from her. she is too easily tripped up. if corbyn makes it to p.m he is going to need a competent team around him.

She is the weakest communications link, but stronger youngsters are coming though

hopefully 'shadow' will be her biggest achievement.

No she will be on the Cabinet, but not sure on what capacity
