I condemn all who broke electoral law in 2016. It’s up the Electoral Commission to call if it made a material impact on the result - they haven’t done that. They have fined people. I think it did have some impact, but would it have changed the result? Not convinced

I also believe there is a realistic prospect a 2nd referdum could deliver another leave vote because of the 10 to 20% of people who don’t know or don’t understand. What would we do with a second Leave vote. This is a bloody mess - and I voted Remain
